Requirements
Company Drivers
- Valid Class A or AZ licence (Canada) / Class A CDL (US)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience
- Clean abstract — no major violations in past 3 years
- FAST card or willingness to obtain (cross-border routes)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
Owner-Operators
- All company driver requirements above
- Own a late-model truck in good mechanical condition
- Valid CVOR (Canada) or USDOT authority
- Adequate cargo & liability insurance
- WSIB or equivalent coverage
